Frequently Asked Questions

  • Tan & Go Tanning & Wellness is the Gold Coast’s first automated booth offering both tanning and wellness services. Our 24/7 accessible facility is located in Burleigh Heads above Carv Athletic.

  • Download the Tan Access App, Sign Up, Search for Tan & Go, Book a tan or wellness session, Click ‘confirm booking’ button, and arrive at Tan & Go and check in to open the doors. You’ll receive a video link on the whole process prior to your first visit. Bookings are for 20 minutes, so please be mindful of your time in the room. The whole process only takes 4-6 minutes.

  • Our state of the art booth uses the most advanced technology on the market. The booth will detect your height and walk you through the easy process and four stances. There are three heated, drying jets which dry you in between each spray. You will walk out warm and non-sticky. The booth has a self-cleaning function which will turn on 60 seconds after exiting and ensure that the booth remains clean after each use.

  • A spray tan only takes 4 minutes! A wellness spray only takes 2 minutes. If you add on skin prep, that’s an additional 2 minutes.

  • Nope! Our active ingredients are DHA (dihydroxyacetone) and Erythrulose. When sprayed on the skin, DHA reacts with the proteins in the skin’s superficial layer to form a golden-
brown color. Your skin begins to darken 2-3 hours after application and reaches its peak color within 24
hours. The colour will gradually fade through natural exfoliation, just like a tan from the sun.

  • Typically 7-10 days, depending on different factors such as preparation, skin type, and aftercare.

  • Our heated booth dries you and leaves you “ready to wear” so you can dress in normal clothes and under garments immediately after.

  • No! The tans are completely odourless. Gone are the days of smelling from a self tanner. The Recover Wellness Spray has Menthyl and leaves you with a cool, fresh sensation and scent.

  • All of our products are natural and safe for all. Always consult your doctor if you’re unsure.
